Parks Committee of Pawnee, abbreviated PCP, is a citizens' action committee formed by Leslie Knope, following her two-week suspension for her relationship with Ben Wyatt. Leslie has Parks and Recreation Department business on her mind, so she gets a group of citizens together. She draws up a list of demands that she presents to Chris Traeger, along with a thoughtful Christmas present. Mainly they agitate and petition the government for park improvements. One member, Diane, keeps insisting on a letter writing campaign, suggesting they do one to improve the White Hills Hiking Path.
