Kiley is the patient at the Harvest Festival that Ann Perkins makes out with in the first aid tent in the episode "Harvest Festival". He brags to her that he's been in the E.R. several times. Per Donna Meagle's advice, Ann decides to "use him, abuse him, lose him" to help her get over her breakup with Chris Traeger.
