Keef Slertner is a guest character in the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation. He is the energetic leader of the group KaBOOM! He is portrayed by Paul Scheer.
The episode "Kaboom" ends with Keef riding a motorboat, revealing his role in KaBOOM! was an elaborate prank to get the playground built, and announcing he is going to build a hospital in a poor part of China.
In actuality, his "pranks" are obviously not pranks, but simply beneficial constructions that would greatly help people.
